Welcome to King Solo Coaching. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of King Solo Coaching's Website and services.

By accessing this website or employing our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use King Solo Coaching if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
All services provided by King Solo Coaching are subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
2. Quotes and Estimates
- All quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- While we strive to provide accurate estimates, unforeseen complications during the work may require additional materials or labor. In such cases, we will communicate any changes in cost before proceeding.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. This will be outlined in your quote.
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and major debit/credit cards.
- Late payments may be subject to additional charges or interest.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Guarantee and Liability
- All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of completion.
- Materials and parts supplied by King Solo Coaching are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties.
- We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage not caused by our work.
- We hold full public liability insurance.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
