Welcome to King Solo Coaching. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of King Solo Coaching's Website and services.

1. General

By accessing this website or employing our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use King Solo Coaching if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

All services provided by King Solo Coaching are subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.

2. Bookings and Appointments

All sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Coaching hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm and 8:00pm–10:00pm.
A free initial consultation is offered to all new clients to discuss goals and assess suitability.

3. Payment Terms

Single session payments are due at the time of booking or before the session begins.
Package payments (4-session, 8-session, 60-Day Transformation) are due in full before the first session.
We accept cash, bank transfers, and major debit/credit cards.
Online coaching payments are processed securely through our website.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being forfeited. Package sessions are non-refundable once commenced but may be transferred to another person.

5. Health and Safety

Clients must inform King Solo Coaching of any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect training.
All coaching is provided with appropriate insurance and qualifications.
Clients participate at their own risk and should follow all coaching instructions carefully.
King Solo Coaching is not liable for pre-existing injuries or conditions not disclosed prior to training.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
